My Chapter in This Story

I am a psychologist and certified Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) practitioner, having completed my M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at the American College of Greece, Athens and my DMT training from Kolkata Sanved, India. My work blends the insight of talk therapy with the healing power of movement, using both conversation and the body as tools for self-awareness, expression, and resilience.

I believe my role as a therapist is to guide and empower my clients to uncover what they already know deep down, and to help them take charge of their own healing journey. My aim is to create a space where each person feels seen, supported, and able to reconnect with their own strength.
